The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.
~ Pennsylvania Constitution, Article 1; Section 21. "Right to Bear Arms"
MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of Pa Open Carry is to protect and promote the fact that the open carry of firearms is a legal choice in Pennsylvania. We seek to accomplish this goal by educating the public about the legality of open carry in Pennsylvania, mainly through the existence of the website itself, as well as by producing and distributing literature.
Additionally, we seek to be a conduit for personal involvement by interested citizens and strongly promote and encourage citizens to become active in their communities, as well as in state-level politics. Another tool to help accomplish this mission is our web forum, within which citizens can discuss all aspects of protecting and promoting their right to open carry.
We hope you enjoy your visit and return frequently. Please feel free to share your knowledge and hopefully learn something yourself.
