You know what, whether he identified himself as a police officer or not, he found a really great way to get shot. By putting his hands around the neck of the other guy and then blocking him in with his vehicle, he's damn lucky the guy in the Porsche wasn't a member of these here forums.

Dude seriously needs to find another line of work.
