bars/taverns
My wife wondered if her dad who owns a bar and has an LTCF could OC in his bar if he doesn't allow OC by others ? ( We don't know if he does or not,she was just curious). P.S. It seems I've been posting more than my share of threads.I'm not trying to be a pain,I'm just eager to learn.

RE: bars/taverns
If it's his bar, then he can carry any way he wants to. He can also dictate how others can carry, if they can carry at all.

The bar is in Pa?

RE: bars/taverns
A person can carry OC or CC in any location that serves alcohol in the state of PA as long as the OWNER of the property allows it. There is no restriction per state statutes on carrying in a location that serves alcohol. But again, private property owners have the right to forbid it on their premises....

Yep. And they can even forbid it selectively so long as they don't discriminate against a federally "protected class".

Prohibiting whites or Catholics would be illegal, but prohibiting on a person by person basis is legal. There would be no legal issue prohibiting people name "John", or anyone wearing a blue shirt, etc.
