Dan was i IRC last night talking about this. Hes doing a bunch of rearranging on the forum.
PA/National political forums arew going to be merged, and the political area will have 3 forums: Law, Politics (firearms only), Activism.
Q&A forum is being removed, the threads relocated to their subject appropriate forums.
General is going away, threads relocated to appropriate forums and the Lounge will be renamed Off-Topic.
OC will have its own "sub sub forum" (dans words)
Put more emphasis on the local/county forums
At least, those are the things he said he was going to do today.

We're working on it.
Greg beat me to it. They're looking into options for chat that won't bog down the server, create security issues, or be wide open for abuse.

Dan also said he was gonna put up a notice prohibiting discussion of the polls/election. Guess hes not interested in minute by minute posts on it.
im not either so that will be nice ....
i'll find out when i get into my truck to go to work the next morning , or more likely sitting here online at 1am lol....

Unfortunate timing. Dan is very busy and it's now or ....who knows when.
He has to do things when the oppotunity presents itself.

Well when people start hitting your buttons, sit back back, take a deep breath, repeat as needed till you're calm, then pick apart their entire post, sentence by sentence, using pure logic and an overwhelming preponderance of multisylabic words.
